CC bec/MM esc-same castle link or no?

Do I use the same castle link cable for the CC BEC as I do my MambaMax esc? I don't see a usb port on it.

The MM has a built-in USB connector, so you just plug the USB cable directly into the ESC. The CCBEC needs the Castle Link cable, which in turn plugs into a USB cable. Same program though.

So there's an adapter to plug mini usb into the RX lead end? can I make one?

What are the CC BEC's set at from factory?

Yes: http://www.castlecreations.com/produ...stle_link.html

FYI: If you are thinking about getting a MMM, the link is included with it.

MMM is out of my current budget but if anyone has a Castle link I'd love to get one.

Noto, its just the 1/2 chunk of the MMM cable, just dont need the little MMM pcb thing, a regular black USB cable that plugs into Digital cameras and small printers and stuff.

edit: oh that thing for the BEC, let me look to see if I have another one., I have 3 MMM so I should. BTW the BEC is set at 6v or 6.5v. I set it pretty high, should be strong

I found an extra one, ill ship it out today but can't until after 5pm (post office is open 24/7 here) but wont ship till tomorrow. Wasnt part of the deal though, so you have to name your 1st born sons middle name Jay :rules:

CC BEC is factory set at 5.1v. User selectable 4.8-9v output
MMM v1,v2 factory 5.5v
MMM v3 6v

edit: are you sending him a bec or a usb cable? The language is confusing? Anyway, it doesn't matter, you 2 have it figured out!
