wtb 1st gears left over from emaxx single speed conversion.

I want the first gears not the second for a crawler build. These are the gears left over from the single speed conversion. I plan on running a huge spur and a really small pinion for gear reduction. I am pretty sure it will work.

Actually what I am thinking of doing I dont think will work. I was going to run the first gear in the single speed trans. I am not sure it can be done though. I dont have a whole to look at to see if it will work.

i would imagine you could. just drill the pin and move the gears.

I have the gears, pm me your address and I'll ship them out to you, you an decide if they'll work once you have them in hand.

Thanks anyway I am pretty sure It wont work. I am going to have to run a complete tranny with all the gears. I have a 76 or 78 tooth 32 pitch spur somewhere anyone know what the smallest pinnion I could get is.

I also have the other side of the case. Maybe you could use that and make it work. Lemme know.....

The 1st gear set will not work with the gmaxx single speed plate. The idler gear is in the wrong place on the 2nd gear side of the case. You can just lock it in 1st and replace the 2nd gear gears with spacers. Or just remove the idler on 2nd gear. Use some screws and attach the sliding dog clutch to the 1st gear output gear.
