charging and balancing this battery?

I have a Hyperion EOS6060i and I have a soft case 8000mah battery. I'm planning to race my onroad, and I was wondering how do I balance this battery and charge it at the same time? The lipo battery I currently am using has the balance connector and plugs on at the same time. I don't understand how this works? Please let me know.

get a balancer with interface mode, i use the equinox balancer, it charges through the balancing taps while its balancing your batt

oh my bad, the hyperion has a built in balancer, i don't know much about em cause i use MRC but i'd imagine that it would charge through the balancing taps to balance and charge at the same time, but don't quote me on that
