battery done?

ok so i know my problem...but i bought me some MA 6000 2s packs when i first started RC. About a year old now.

They seemed to have lost some run time and punch, and just now it tripped the voltage too high alarm on my hyperion and it was 4.21 4.21 4.21 4.8

I restarted the charger and got 4.21 4.21 4.21 4.19

are these about to go? should i jsut scrap em?

Larry's did this about 15 minutes before they puffed. 2s 8k packs I think.
