Next Gorillamaxx parts to come?
Hello all,
I have a question for Mr Gorillamaxx which is on this forum :) George, can you give us some informations on the next Gmaxx parts to come? Is the central diff conversion still in plan? Will central driveshafts kit be available? What will be your next upgrade part? I can't wait so if you can give us some small informations, it would be great :D regards, Julien |
Well - I was hoping to have a few photos to show but it seems that we'll have to wait just a bit longer. Here are a few of the things I've got in the works -
To satisfy those of you with a "must be blue" fetish - I've added optional BLUE foam pads for the G2 chassis - they'll be added to the replacement parts list on our G2 chassis page - if any one is interested ;) Next - I've got a new heavy duty carbon fiber battery hold-down kit that will fit the G2 - Great for bashers and Jumpers. I've got all the parts for the kit but still waiting for the carbon to be cut. And the best for last - Ultralight single speed E-Maxx transmision conversion kit - I'm still waiting for the prototype (I feel like a kid waiting for X-Mas :M: ) - this won't have a center dif - but will use most of the original gears and shafts (to keep cost down) and only require minor modification to the upper shaft - more info to come. :D I've also been thinking about the Revo, but for some reason I just keep going back to my Maxx. In fact late Sunday night I was getting some ideas togther for a Revo chassis - and some how ended up thinking of a bulkhead idea for the Maxx - Perhaps I've been brain washed  |
Thank you for all those informations :D
As I can see, great parts are coming :) |
This is great. I have to get some of those blue foam pads. Those would look killer on my gmaxx. Especially since my chassis didnt come with any pads at all.
