hyperion charger repair.

Does any one here know where i can send my hyperion eoso6o6i charger for
repair?It will charge a battery,but wont balance it.IT will beep and says
open circut problem.I have check every thing that can be check,just dont know what the problem is.Any help would be great,Thanks.

Emailed them several times,no respond"s.Is there someone else that can repair these chargers.
