mmm not working??
 
hello lads..my mmm isnt working..it wont turn on and wont except the castle link to my computer???

i run a hyper 12 mini converted

(this is my vehicle and the mmm in question)

will cc cover it under warranty??

all i did was charge the battery plug it in run it about 30 feet and it shut off and a little electrical smell comming from the esc..i believe its a version 2 esc..

what do i do ...cheers for any advice

Pop it in the post to CC and it will come back as a V3...

I wonder if CC will warranty it since it does is a 50mm Medusa used in conjunction with the MMM?

Please - It is a V2 for a start and Castle is replacing them with V3's with no question, secondly the issue as previously thread was if a non castle motor died and took out the ESC then castle said they wouldn't warrantee it.

This has always been the case...

will do but when i fill out the warranty for on cc site, it says that i must enter a 5 digit zip code..i live in australia, and only have 4 digi zips..grrrrrr..

if you dont mind me asking,, whats the difference with the v3???im now thinking that my other mmm mite brake too...its in my hyper st pro..its a v2 aswell, but running 6s 20-30c with a 1390 feigaoxl??

Don't worry they will - They fixed the issue with the bec failure and the case/bullet design that was causing issues with V1/2 - If you can be down for a few weeks you can also send in the working one and it will be returned as a v3.

PS I would just add a 0 at the front of the zip...
