battery question?

2 7.4v lipo cells can be wired together to form 14.8v

my question is can 1-15c 7.4v and 1-10c 7.4v of the same mah and volatage be wired together without harm to the 10c?

Thats a no no.

if your going to run dual packs they should be the same specs and preferably out of the same batch of cells

You technically could, but definitely not recommended. The 10C pack will likely drain faster because it is running closer to its max value, and when you do that, the actual mAh you get during a discharge cycle drops. Not to mention the imbalance you get. Best not to try.

thats along the lines of what i was thinking the only reason i was asking this is because the truerc 10c packs are virtually impossible to get at the moment and in my car the way the battery tray clearance is needs a cell 141mm or shorter........this brings me to my next quetion does anyone know alternative 8000+mah 7.4v pack that fits within 141mm?? thanks for the help
