MIP cvd
I have the new E-Maxx and bought the wrong cvd's (Output shaft for the wheels)they are too short, is their any way to make them work, Other parts I might need? Any help would be great...
|
Nope, the axles are too short.
You can get ahold of MIP and order just the 3.3T-maxx axles, or buy the 3.3T-maxx CVD kits. |
Your best choices are returning them or contacting MIP as KMN said. I haven't done any business with MIP but knowing the companies in the hobby their customer service should help you out.
Just curious, can you post a link of where you got them, or did you get them at your lhs? |
they are probably for the original narrow-maxx... need the widemaxx set
|
give MIP a call they will get you going!
i ordered a set of CVD's thinking they were correct (used the part # on MIP site) and they turned out to be wrong, i called them up and they told me to send them in, so i did and when they returned i found a new clutch kit inside the package! :yipi: |
Thanks guys. I bought them at RC-Monster he said he would take them back no problem, but I had already put one pack together, so I was hoping I could still use them somehow (Wish-full thinking) I'll stick with the originals and see if they hold up!!
