i wish hpi woulda made the flux have all the electronics on the inside like the flm kit
i like the skinny over the flux setup
nice e-savvy

I like the skinny as well.

It does seem a bit crowded, but it's still a lot better imo.

I've never really liked chassis's like the EMaxx's.

I think the ESavage has all the electronics in the TVPs, besides the batteries as well.

Heh, thats quite a difference. Is flm much lighter than the flux?

rabosi 02.21.2009 08:04 AM

The two chassis appear to be same width minus the battery boxes. Which truck has the lower cg though?

marcus 02.21.2009 11:04 AM

The FLM is indeed a little lighter althiyg for the life of me I can't quite see how.

The FLM is a far lower CofG

get the wheels off both, the battery boxes and the radio box out of the Flux and i think they would be similar...FLM is much lower cog...

..same quaestion as above...whats the weights of both?

Thanks for that picture though...Its really useful...Good job...

I wish the battery was further forward on the flm kit. It is a bit ass heavy...

Flux looks bulky, but it does have alot of black plastic...

After racing my FLM savage the weighting doesn't seem too bad. I do seem to have an issue with one of the smaller jumps on our track though and that is possibly due to the balance but is also just as likely due to the length.
