Please make a small can (2650 size) 2000-2200 kv motor
 

Castle there are a lot of serious racers that would love a small can low kv motor 2200 and lower.

Or just buy a medusa or actual Neu. Or a lehner. Or a Hacker. Or a Plett....

I am thinking 1.5Y (1900kv) would be nice on 4s. Fast enough but usable power.

I allready own a Neu 1512/2.5d, but it would be so much easier to get more people into 1/8th electric if there was a plug and play combo that was directed toward the racer.

Yeah I am probably going to just use the 2200kv castle for my buggy. I wouldn't be able to gear the 2650 correctly.

The windings are all 1y. They are varying the length of the rotor to lower the kv. Smart, if you ask me!

Why would anyone be against more kv choices?

btw, the 1512 1.5y is just fine on 4s... it's what I run and I keep up ok :na:

Tekin will have more choice in KV and probably the same performance

This is probably the third time I have said this, but a 1512 1.5Y would be nice. Better hurry up before the 1.5Y tekin motor gets the call, but I would much rather have a motor that matches my 2650 in appearance. The 1518 1Y will not be the same, as it will draw more current than a 1512 1.5Y not to mention that it will be quite a bit bigger and heavier.

Tekin is doing all the motors that Castle SHOULD have available :whistle:

Are they going to be priced competitively with the cc motors?

Has there been any thought on a lower KV motor?

There is going to be some stiff competition with Tekin and I would like to still run my Castle equipment. There is a great need for a 2650 size can 1900kv motor!
