Hot Axel'd DMG DCV Pro Crawler - How Quickly Things Change
Decided to take things in another direction with my crawler. Went with a DMG DCV Pro Tube Chassis. I've always fancied the DMG tuber's and got a great deal on this one. From a great RCM member to boot.
Thanks rchippie. The maiden voyage is scheduled for next weekend at the comp. :gasp: I got the DNA wheels squared away so I'm pretty happy with that. At least I am for this week. Front now measure's out to a 10" track width while running a narrow 9.25" out back. G.C. is a tad high but kinda what I'm looking for/needing I think. I'm hoping the m.o.a. axles with counteract it just a bit. But I'm sure I will be lowering it more in the future. I still have a few more things to order this week to hopefully get it better dialed in. I thought this was gonna be my Rock Racer. But it's funny how quickly things change. Here are a couple of "poser" shots. http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...9/DSCN2564.jpg http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...9/DSCN2569.jpg |
