Fiegao Motor

I have a Fiegao motor that doesn't have a sticker on it. I think it is a 7l or 9l. Is there any way to tell what it really is?

i guess you could run it with a set voltage and record the rpm. then, divide the rpm by voltage and the result should be close to the motor's kv rating.
