Crawler ESC for JRH

Hi everyone. This is a little video of a ESC that JRH will be testing. There's also a little shot of a new ESC that will soon be out. I was supposed to be getting a crawler, but I guess the manufacturer forgot to ship it out , so I tested the ESC real quick with my Recoil and my little high Kv (7500Kv) 4 pole motor. JRH please remember to recalibrate the ESC to your radio .

Looking good Lutach. I like how you just dragged the ESC over the floor..lol.

And that was with a very high Kv 4 pole sensorless motor. So you know when you use it with your sensored creation it will perform much smoother.

Yep Yep. I could hear the pinion slapping around too. Those 4 pole motors really carry a big stick when it comes to pole/slot attraction.

On the track they are unbeatable. I've beaten everything made so far for the 1/18 - 1/14 scale using the 6000Kv version. Even guys running the sensored Novak micro stuff had no chance. I can go balls out for 10 minutes and nothing heats up and that is a plus as I can gear up if I want to go faster for any 5 minute race. I just finished the mounting hole patterns I'll be using and it should fit any micro out there. The best part is that the motor uses normal 3.17mm (1/8") shaft and those in our micro/minis will be hard to bend or break.
