Losi Warranty
 

I have had my buggy for just a little while, but I am very happy with it. Until I noticed (after two weekends of use) one of the rear outdrives was trashed. It seems to be a problem with improper heat treatment because only one out of the four outdrives was damaged. So I sent Horizon an e-mail and a few days later I recieved in the mail a brand new set of outdrives (they sent me HD outdrives not the original standard ones). I have to say Losi appears to be a company that stands behind their product and wants the customer to be happy.

I had the same experience from Losi. I bought some rear mud guards (off eBay) and one of them did not have the protective film on one side. Being a clear guard it showed up all the scuff marks, from moving around inside the packaging. Now normally I wouldn't of worried about it as I would of got them all muddied up and scratched soon or later, but at the time it was a shelf queen while I was buying parts for the build and wanted it to look the part while I was working on her. I emailed Losi and added a photo, told them I purchased from an eBay trader who stocked all Losi parts, they sent the new part out ASAP and I had it in a week or so. They kept me informed and shipped when they said they would, I say very good CS :yes:
