Hyperion balancer pin assignment?

Hi there,

today i got my Hyperion 720 charger. The balaner-adapter for my battery is out of stock so I'm trying to improvise something to connect the battery anyway.
With Google i found rather misleading info about the pin-assignment of the balancer-plug. Maybe you can help me out ...

i want to connect my 3s-lipo to this:
http://www.pipetrap.de/stuff/hyper720.jpg

lets say its (from left to right) Pin [1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8]
how do i need to connect my 3s-lipo there?

many thanks in advance

The connector should be wired like the far right connector in the pic below:

In this pic, the clip is on the other side, so the last black wire should go into the far right of your pic.

The Hyperion 7i comes with a different lead to the 6i - You'll need to wait - try allerc.com

Well, looking at the wiring on the lipo, the outside black wire goes in pin 1, the next wire goes in pin 2 the next goes in pin3 and the red wire goes in pin 4. Always keep the wires in the same order they are on the lipo's balancing tap, and start with the main neg in pin 1. This goes for almost all balancer wiring setups.

well, ist aint working ... says balancer-error ....
btw im wondering, if pin1 (from my picture) is - or ground, why the red cable of the included connection-cable goes in there. Red should be + shouldnt it? maybe they turned it upside-down for this model?

Quite possibly, start with the red wire off the lipo in pin 1 and go in order to pin 4.

LogView supports the 0610iDUO v1 right now.Are you sure it doesn't support the 720 yet?

yes, but Mr.Logview stated in his forum that it will support the 720 from the next version on ... should be available in 2 weeks.

as i found out now it still wasnt right ... it has to start with the '-' of the first cell to the right Pin, not the '+' of the last Cell to the left pin :)
