What's the lead time on warranty work?
 

Sent in my castle/neu 2200 in this week for warranty( should be there today/tomorrow).

The shaft broke off at the end of the flat spot. Was using a 13t RC-Monster pinion/46t steel spur. This is on a Ofna Hyper 8. I use Poly-RC 4s 5000 mah lipos. This happened during a warm up lap(wasn't going fast at all) coming down the front straight into the first turn. The MMM v3 settings had a custom throttle curve, punch at 60%, brakes at 50%, and everything else default(no reverse).

Website says 2 weeks.

Castled received my smoked MMM on Wed. 3/25/09. Received an email from them on Wed. 4/8/09 saying a pkg was shipped, so 2wks sounds right.

2-3 weeks from the time you shipped it. I sent in my toasted MMM about that long ago and got it back yesterday.

the repair time is definately getting better. my first 2 took a little over a month, (that was in mid janurary to mid feb, i think) the other 2 i just got back tuesday took just under 3 weeks.
