Very heavy car.............

How are the temps/speed? With tires that big, I probably would have gone with a larger motor though.

Cool buggy to MT conversion though. I like the creative body mounts.

Looks fun! I've been test fitting truggy wheels (1/2 off set) to my 8ight buggy. All I need is a 9T or 10T pinion and a narrow wing (Robotronic truggy wing) and I should have a bashing conversion for my buggy. I am a bit concerned that my Medusa 60x2000 will get too hot running those big wheels.

it should be fine if you run the truggy diffs

I may have to buy the truggy ring gears for the diffs to get the drive ratio correct, but I'm hoping not to have to do that. Accessing the diffs on the 8ight is a pain in the @ss, so switching from buggy to truggy would be more time than I want to spend.
