youtube quality question
I just uploaded a video and the quality sucks (normal for youtube I know). My question is, how do I get the little icon under the video to click on for HD? Also, what is the little code that I add to the link to make it HD for the older videos?
Thanks. :intello: |
You can't get HD on there unless the video you upload is at least 720p. Otherwise, the most you'll get is the HQ symbol, which is usually there for resoltuions down to 640 x 480.

My buddy and I run into the same crap. The video looks great on the TV but as soon as it is converted and uploaded it loses a lot of quality...

What computer do you have? If it is a Mac, let me know, theres some awesome features to help you.

I think any way you do it it will take awhile for hd or hq to show up on the video, so be patient.

&fmt=18 was what used to work to make it HQ if added to the end of the URL
|
If you can get a hd video it's &fmt=22.
And to really confuse people put this after the url - &feature=rec-HM-r2&flip=1 |
