Is There A 5mm Bore Pinion Here That I Can Use In My TA05??

Its for a over 70mph TA-05 brushless with a 5mm pole ... any of the pinions here compatible?

Thanks RC Monster!!!

if you put in kimbro 32p spur gear then you can use emaxx 5mm pinions

other than that, the ta05 is 48p and i dont know of anyone who makes 5mm 48p pinions

There are 5mm bore 48p pinion gears but I have no idea where to get them. The Neu 1506 that I put in my Rustler came with a brass 48p pinion, I think it's around 21T.

Then scroll down....

48P 5mm Bore Pinion Gears
Current Order to Delivery Time: 1 week

These hard to find pinions fit brushless motors, DeWALT 820-sized motors, Revolver 700 and 700-HO motors. Unlike many others, these pinions are not just drilled out 1/8" shaft pinions. All Set screw sizes have been bumped up to 4mm. Pinions that will last!

If you have a strange project going on, e-mail us for sizes not shown. We may just have it available.

Thanks guys , actually I didn't realize that RC Monster is usually for larger builds until this thread :oh:

OK mjderstine since you are interested I will post up pictures of the build ...so far its looking like this:
started off with a Corvette Stingray body merely for looks and inspiration through the build ...wing on the back (will go more aerodynamic when I get up to high speeds)
SPUR:75T
PINION: 30T
WAS GOING FOR A TOTAL GEAR RATIO OF :5:1

The car so far

As I said the body is just for looks unless it works well(I will do some testing with some more aerodynamic bodies)

Almost done ..still have to mount up lots off stuff
Have a 100A 1/10 ESC on the way from a Japanese local guy here which we will be testing ...
for the tuning time will start off with a milder setup 4400KV with a CC Sidewinder and safely work up to the 6cells or higher with the lager ESCs that are planed :diablo:

I am no expert to the high speed thing so lots of trial and error hopefuly not too much of the ERROR bit though...

Looks cool, we are a bit biased towards the big bruisers but anyone who isn't here to start trouble is welcome! I've got a Losi Micro Desert Truck that's getting a brushless conversion someday, that's about as small as they come :)

That thing will simply fly when you get it running. Something like that should be hard to control on 3s lipo, I can't imagine going up to 6s on it :gasp:

It will be for straight line speed passes and I might get a GWS rate gyro for it to help with steering ...

cant wait to fly this thing :gasp:
