1) Marine ESC. Read as: "Unless you water-cool it it will overheat."
2) The Sentilon is an AWESOME ESC if you have mechanical brakes. 3) If the lack of a BEC is the only problem, what's the problem? |

Dont see whats funny, using an external ubec or Rx pack reduces space and heat on the esc. Thats a GOOD thing! Quote:

Using an externam BEC is besides the point on a marine esc.. as you can see it has no heatsink and will overheat as stated.
|
Oh no heatsink... duh didnt catch that. You could always add one, wouldnt be hard to do with a thermal pad and small HS. Definitely worth it.
|
its just how they worded it...
so will it calibrate to a pistol radio?? |
NIL! Idk if it'll calibrate, why do some controllers have trouble with pistol grips?

its not worth tryig to remove the water cooling plate from the esc and install your own.. just get a mamba max and mod it. same results with better parts support. |

IDK, but I might pick up one of those hextronic things, I'v got a nasy habit of frying esc's before I race:oops: |

The HexTronik has a heatsink. It's that thin aluminum plate held on by the heatshrink...
