I got new d8 with mmm 2650kv 46 spur 16t pinion after few runs the front and back with the diffs getting very hot iran with 4s.
WHY CAN IT BE ?

Shimmed wrong, too tight of a mesh. try pulling the pinion away from the ring gear by a shim or two.
