ned to put some pounds on my truck hahaha

ok heres my prob. i do more like drag racing and im brainstorming a wheelie bar but even at speeds when i gun the trigger it just pops up i want to ad some ozs but would it be better sprung or unsprung waight

Sprung weight would be better. Crawlers are just about the only application I can think of where unsprung weight would be beneficial.

IMO, adding weight isn't the best choice. Altering weight balance would be better, but I realize this isn't possible on all vehicles. What car/truck?

Any chance you can shift the battery tray further forward? Maybe the ESC as well?

Thinner diff oil will help minimize front end lift, but too thin will obviously cause the front to diff out too much.
