Slipperential for other vehicles that can't use the current model?

I am looking at doing a Hyper 9E, and from what I have read the current slipperential wouldn't work for the buggy as the diffs are smaller in the buggy.

Are there plans in the near future to make a slipperential that will work with this vehicle and others like it?

The Hyper 9 and MP9 are the only 2 1/8 vehicles that the Slipperential won't drop into right now - probably easier to make a mount that allows it to fit rather than re-invent the Slipperential - it took a lot of work to get the Sliperential into the small size it is currently. :)

if you find a way to make it fit I will get one for my hyper 9. Just set the buggy up yesterday but have been eying your slipperential for ages.

same thoughts here. Got a Hyper 9e on the way :)

Pretty sure it won't install easily in the H9e - the 46t minimum spur size on the Slipperential would stick out the bottom of the chassis on this particular vehicle. I will tool around with it, but this one won't be very easy. It could be pretty easy to do on a nitro converted H9.

thanks for checking into it. let us know if you find a way.

cain, I guess all the posts you have been checking on here, ofna forums, rc-tech, about the hyper have made you decide to switch.

yep. The main thing that was holding me up with how much of an issue the body was, and the fact that I wanted to see how much priced out it would be to update my RC8 to the specs I would like. In the end, the Hyper 9e for the features it has was the right move for me on paper. We'll see how it is when I get to run it.

Still keeping my RC8T though. I love RCMs conversion for it.
