Get some thermal paste as well.... if that doesn't cut it get a fanned one.

exactly how much are you trying to lower your temps.

What voltage are you running that system on too? Gearing will affect temps too- whats your full setup at present?

i am running on sidewinder 5700k with 23pinion and 48spur

nitrostarter 05.10.2009 09:03 PM

48spur? Do you mean 48 pitch???

If you're running a 48T spur, thats you reason for heat!!!

I'd try 16-18/83 gearing with that motor.

Are you really running a 48T spur? or is it a 48 pitch spur?

trev3813 05.10.2009 10:56 PM

48p, i think he has the 76t spur.

suicideneil 05.11.2009 12:42 PM

Read my question again- what voltage are you running? 2s or 3s, or how many nimh cells?

trev3813 05.11.2009 02:28 PM
