Belted tires for a MT
 

I have found a two belted tires for road cars by LOSI and HPI

I think this is for a 1/10 scale cars. They only made belted tires for the buggy size.

I have not seen any. You can get the same effect by strapping the insides with duct tape though. I do it with all my tires and it works great. Just use good quality tape.
