Does the slash have the same diff as the rustler?

I think the little birdy was drunk and/or high:lol:

yes it uses the same diff

scarletboa 06.22.2009 05:54 PM

i'm pretty sure the stock diff is sealed....

Arct1k 06.22.2009 05:58 PM

They are not sealed at the moment - Metal diff with o-rings would a nice logical mod from Jamie...

ZippyBasher 06.22.2009 05:59 PM

Care to Elaborate any on this...? its about time. :yipi:

And NO; the stock diff leaks like crazy, even with thick grease it'll be leaked out in about 5 runs.

+1 and to that and have bearing because i hear you can wear a oval in the aluminum after time

ZippyBasher 07.21.2009 11:10 AM

They are listed, but I don't think they have made it through production yet - we have them on back order of course. :)

Cool. It looks just like the regular FLM diff but with the extra recess for O-rings around the axles. That's where it leaks from the most, so I hope they are a tight fit.
