Anyone know if you remove the switch( RX 8) if it voids your warantee
 
Just wondering...I usually wire the leads together due to the fact that they fail eventually anyway

If you physically remove anything from a product they will more than likely not honor any warrenty. From a legal standpoint that is their leverage in a law suite stating that you removed or changed their product from its original state from the factory, therefor causing the units ultimate failure. So yes it will invalidate the warrenty.

Can't really comment on what the official line from Tekin is, but CC says you can do pretty much what ever you want with the switch so long as you don't solder anything directly onto the PCB..

We don't reccomend it however it shouldn't cause a warranty issue unless your mod causes it to fail.
