Need motor/battery suggestions for D8E
 

doing the tekno conversion, was stuck on choosing the motor/battery set up.

i'm going with the mmm esc, but was thinking about the tekno lektron 1800kv. anyone using this?? I was going to do the new NEU 1400 series but impakt is out. I'm certain that the lektrons are good quality since they specialize in conversions. i just need some reassurance.

also what would be a good battery to use?? i was thinking 6 lipo but maybe 4s??

last but not least, for racing should i go 1800kv or 2200?? i want the power of the 2200 but if it will do more bad than good, then 1800kv is what i'd do
