Body mounting tool

I just found this . It's meant to help you mount painted bodys . It's kind of neat .

Never seen anything like that before. Pretty cool idea. I jsut always put some paint on the top of the body posts and set the body where I want it before hte paint drys. Then square it all up and go to town on it.

Is that the same lipstick you put on your victims in your cellar?

"Put the lotion in the basket!"

Great idea, I butchered a body a few months ago trying to get the "rear holes" lined up correctly and got so pissed I trashed the bod and bought another and started over scratch. 35.00 screw up. DOH.

Yeah its a good idea for something fast an simple to get a nice lined up body. Cheaper than I thought it would be too.

Thats a reason whay I always trim the body and cut the holes before I paint it.

Im no expert by any means and I jsut stick with the solid color paint jobs mostly.

I was anxious to get color on the body cause I was in a hurry, like dumb ass.

neat little device. useless, but neat.

just cut and mount before painting like everyone else said, and you dont have to worry about lining up the holes or your paint flaking off

I disagree about this TOOL being usless. Some painters do not like to paint a body that has been trimed & mounted . Because it affects the way they have to draw out there design . Not that they cant do it . It just makes it a little more difficult for them .

Whether you think it is useful or not, you have to admit it is quite a clever idea.
