Sparking battery
 

I ran into a issue today with a 4s1p 4900mAh 25 pack. I was connecting the battery to the balance port first then i was going to connect the pos/neg. The balancing port sparked on the black lead wires pin. never seen one do that before, doesnt appear anything is wrong, it didnt spark again. thoughts suggestions?
