So bitter sweet
 

I just got home from the track today and it went awsome. I tried out my turpintine/mineril oil mix traction compund and I won both of my heats. I did notice a temp problem with my 13.5 though. My buddy who is sponsored by his buddys buisness said is I will all my races he'll drop my name and attempt to get me a sponsorship(no pressure eh).Going into the main I was in tq and poll position.

It went well until 3/4 through I flipped(first time I got marshalled) and the marshall signaled to me that the motor was very hot. I had a lap on the field and my buddy was watching me to make sure I really do win. I said screw it and kept going. The power was going down and the second place racer cougt up and we were neck and neck for about 3 laps. Final turn he bobbled and I took the win. Bad news is is bllew my 13.5:diablo:(Pm sent linc)

I am working on the sponsorship but I need to spend $80 on a new 13.5(which I was going to spend on lincs motor for my buggy). Overall I think its a good track day.

Yea he touched it and the holding of his hand, staring at it in pain, and yelling "thats hot!" kinda gave it away.:lol: Its a sponsorship that will get me free painted bodys, pit boards, whatever and possibly some free entry's.:party:
