tooo much power???
 

my setup is

RX,8 no punch controll, 20/100 on the timeing
T8 2250 truggy motor
16t pinion
47t spur
supra sales tires
Vislero 5000 20c 4s v2 battery

after a 10min street bash
esc was at 4leds (150*ish??)
motor was 160*ish
batts were 130*
wires were 120*
deans were 140*:neutral:

my problem is, is that the battry got all squwishy and looks to be slightly puffed:gasp:

the wierd thing is, is that it wasn't that fast, wile it could do rolling wheelies, it toped out at 40ish


I think I exceeded the 40c burst...:whistle:

EDIT: a run with my 3000 4s 20c turnigy resulted in more punch and top end:neutral:

Too much power?... No

Too little battery?...Yes

I have found that most 20c batteries are hard pressed in powerful 1/8th applications, I won' use anything less than 25c.
