I wonder if that would even stand up to you driving off a curb.

Seems like if you do *anything* except let it sit on your bench, they will bend/flex/break.

brushlessboy16 08.10.2009 01:49 AM

Thats pathetic. I could do better work with duct tape.

lol we had some high school kids that came to our local indoor track that was part of the confergence education foundation they did testing on the duratrax raze truggy, then converted it, you seen some shotty conversions, but all better then that lol

I've eaten firmer pasta...zinc plated fasteners as well, how tragic!

I can say ghetto...

Look, ghetto!

Hehe, that mount is practically paper thin...sad...

lincpimp 08.10.2009 10:21 AM

I did not know that Chris Fine had changed his motor mounts...

nitrostarter 08.10.2009 10:49 AM

... or his store name! Times are tough, he needs business.

brushlessboy16 08.10.2009 11:16 AM

The motor mount looks like he started off making a transponder mount.. At least he made the rear support or that mount would be toast.

cant imagine how many pinions he has gone through from the mesh flexing- that one on there looks brand new.

nitrostarter 08.10.2009 11:17 AM

That has to be the nicest mount I've seen! Not to mention having to drill even more hole in the chassis and finding hardware to use to mount this thing. I may have to get one of these universal mounts!

brushlessboy16 08.10.2009 11:20 AM

How do you change gear mesh?

nitrostarter 08.10.2009 11:35 AM

You have to make the chassis slotted like a nitro chassis....

BL_RV0 08.10.2009 12:45 PM

Wow, I haven't seen anything that bad since I left the traxxas forums.

simplechamp 08.10.2009 01:02 PM

I could see that thing shearing in half from motor torque alone.

"Returns: No returns accepted" Hmmm... wonder why?

redshift 08.10.2009 05:53 PM

Made from the finest T6 aluminum foil... damn I need to get me some, get rich quick scheme, here I come!
