Kyosho 46T plastic spur on 8ight-T 1.0???
 

I need a spur gear for my 8ight-T 1.0 I just got. I've heard certain spurs don't mate up well to the 8ight-T diff cup due to odd sealing between the two. Would the plastic 46T Kyosho spur P/N IF148 work and seal well?

Yes. You will also need a kyosho O-ring to go with it or it will leak fluid. Part No. KYOORG06 at A-main Hobbies.

46t will fit if you dremmel the chassis

44t will fit with no mods

So it will seal perfectly with the o-rings?

I'll be using it with a Tekno chassis for brushless conversion, so the 46T should fit without cutting needed. Though, I might pick up a 44T also.
