I was really shocked when I saw this! all it has is a Losi sticker on it, and Losi makes a killer profit!

I use the B6. Works well, but the 50W limit is a holdback now that I have a bigger vehicle with bigger lipos.

There are a number of rebadges of this charger, all marked up at ridiculous amounts.

I've also noticed people trying to sell Zippy Flightmax on Ebay lately for over 100% markup. Feel bad for the people who haven't found out about HobbyCity yet, but on the other hand that means more cheap lipos for us, I hate when their stuff goes out of stock!

Yeah i have the imax b5. for 25 bucks (when i bought it) its been great. has charged everything from cell phones to lawn mower batteries.

but i wouldnt pay much more then 50 bucks for the charger. quality leaves a little to be desired/

I thought that too, Ive used ben's imax, and the hobbycity turnigy accucell 6, and they worked for me. they got the job done. my turnigy died, and I got a hyperion EOS 6060i charger with a built in PSU and I love it much much more than the others. its so convienent. not to say i dont use the others. me and ben use my hyperion, the accucell, and the imax all at the same time at the track

thats just wrong, you know. Theres making a profit, then theres an American company rebadging chinese crap and marking it up $72.00 ..... I will never buy anything from them again, disgusting (sp?)(puke)

$72 retail price... With bulk rates, theyre making even more!


Edit: read the first line of Losi's ad. comes with every adapter you need, a $35 dollar value. too bad the same thing with all the adapters is $38 at HC

But... they added a $1 FAN!!!!! So the venom is DEFINITELY worth it.

I actually had a guy comment on my Imax B6 the other day. Said it was cheap and I should think about investing in a real charger. Sure enough, walked by his pit box, what was he using? The Venom that metallover posted. Good job buddy, that fan is worth the extra $80, much higher quality.
