help wiring MMM
 
OK im just trial fitting everything to my converted MBX5 and am using the BIC from the esc which i have connected to the throttle jack on the reciever. now when i turn it all on the steering servo works but the esc beeps then flashes red. when i put the throttle on it flashes green but motor does nothing...

Am i missing something as I dont have the instructions as was secondhand.

Thanks for the link thats how its connected... im using an old crysal radio so no binding issues.. I just done a search on here and set my EPA on the throttle to 100% same for the brakes.. still nothing

Ok, so it's wired up right then. If the servo works, the BEC must be fine.

If the ESC lights are flashing, it could be that the ESC is not seeing the right voltage; like if you have the LVC set for 5s, but hook 4s to it. Could also be a calibration issue between the ESC and radio. Make sure the throttle trim is at 0, EPA is set to 100% for both forwards and reverse, and recalibrate the ESC again. If the radio is really old, the throttle pot may "drift" which may cause the ESC not to arm until it sees an acceptable neutral point.

ok how do I recalibrate the ESC? Ive checked the setting from the USB link up and the voltage number of cells is correct.
