Quick Lipo Parrallel connection ? for someone.
 

My first parrallel connection of lipo batteries so just wanted to be sure it will work the way I think is should.

Taking two small 2s 800mah lipo pack and wanting to make a 2s 1600mah out of them and still be able to use my small 2s-3s lipo charger that balances through the taps.

Does this look like it would work by connecting the balance taps red to red, black to black, etc into one tap?

yes.

Just make sure that before you connect them together, they are at the same state of charge. It'd be easiest to charge both fully first, and then connect them together according to your picture.
