SuperMaxx Servo Saver Kit

Has anyone tried this http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...UE13601&cat=47. Will it work on the stock E-Maxx chassis?

I have sloppy steering at center and need a solution.

It will work with the stock emaxx chassis, you just have to grind down the bump stops that get in its way, your sloppyness will be a thing in the past with this servo saver!

squeeforever 02.12.2006 03:07 PM

yes, it will work and all i hear about it is people singing its praises. it should get rid of that slop.

Its just a lil' pricey.

Sneeck 02.12.2006 03:25 PM

Worth every penny of it.

Sylvester 02.12.2006 03:43 PM

Yep.

Are there any other brands that I would not have to modify my truck?

Sneeck 02.12.2006 04:04 PM

There are complete alum steering assembly's without intigrated servo saver, but I doubt they are good quality. You still need to modify your chassis, whatever you chooise.

Stock just suck's.

Sylvester 02.12.2006 04:06 PM

Stock is oober - crap.

coolhandcountry 02.12.2006 08:06 PM

You do need to remove the stock servo saver off servo with this kit. I have a few of these and they are great. Makes the truck handle a lot better.

Yea, or you could get the kibrough large gear servo saver.

squeeforever 02.12.2006 09:24 PM

the proline is always an option.

If its at all possible - get the supermaxx - it works awesome - you wont be dissapointed in the least. And it takes a heck of a beating and still works flawlessly.. Just my .02

Yea, there is 1 in a million chances of breaking one!
