Losi 8t 1.0

I have a mmm cc2200 tekno conver what might get better temps 48/15 on 4s or 48/13 on 5s.

13t pinion, believe me i run that on 4s and its an animal

bcltoys 08.28.2009 02:44 PM

So stay with 4s as 5s would be out of control.

no you could lower your epa with 5s if its to fast for you, or just not pull the trigger that hard lol

funny how people complain about their rigs being to fast on 5 and 6s, but they are quick to forget about the epa and the little trigger.

yup its not a switch. they made it proportional for a reason lol

In general dont higher voltages run a little cooler to a point. Also what kind of run time could i expect to get with some v3 4200 35c hyperion on the track.

Okay as i said i have a cc2200 motor and just picked up a nue 1515 2.5d and a nue 1515 2d what should i do 4cells 5cells or 6 cells or all. Will just be playing.I dont like the word bashing sounds like your just out to tear stuff up.

the 5s on the 2200 even with EPA down will chew up run time a LOT faster than a good old 2.5d which is perfect for 5s lipo (or similar 1700kv motor). If you want to run the 1y I'd stick w/ larger 4s lipo's for the added run time vs the 5s 5k packs. I have run the SMC 2s9k packs in series in my 8t before, it's nice.. for long mains but I wouldn't use it in short heats.. stick with a nice 4s 5k pack or at most 4s 6k.
