Any of you have weird thoughts laying in bed after you replay you day?

1. Do you think GM and Ford have a conspiracy to keep our bolts standard because they would have to retool 500 billion in machines not to suck, besides the fact we gave them the 500 billion in taxe stims so they can’t afford it? The Classic Muscle cars will always need the standard. Wonder what a set of snap-on’s would be worth in 200 years when China owns us?

2. An American Marlboro 100 cigarette is 3.937 inches or 100mm, not very American. Why not a Marlboro 3.937, sound too close to a gun perhaps scary for consumers?

3. Why was a Queens foot never adapted?

4. Why do pretty girls always snore? Alot of coke as kids or just that extra blowhole?

5. Why in chemistry is 90% of the crap in milliliter or deciliter when in England/Europe it’s a millilitre/decilitre, what is that crap they are both metric. No standard -100th of a gallon?

6. Why doesn’t Bill Gates pay for Americans healthcare? Its not free enterprise when he owns a monopoly and we pay him as much as heath care each year? Bad patriot

7. Was the guy who came up with the term blowjob dyslexic? Sucka.

8. Why do they call it lite beer if it has the same amount of fat just less calories, shouldn’t they call it less energy beer?

9. I’ve been running my lcd tv rated at 8000 hours for almost 3 years nonstop except when the power goes out, almost tripling its rating will it just crap out when I turn it off, or will it keep on running so long as I don’t touch it?

10. Why do cats beg for food then just puke on your rug ? Why don’t they just eat it like dogs ?

11. If a tree falls in the woods and there is no one there to hear it, but there is a video camera in there with audio left behind, when you come back, replay it and hear it, does that answer the question ?

12. What happens to a monk with a vow of silence if you kick him in the balls ? Is he that committed not to make a peep?

IIRC Ford didn't accept any of the gov'ts stimulus loans, it was GM and Chrysler. Ford has been making things work on their own. Other than that and the metric standard debate, all good points. I'm still a diehard, I drive two Fords and hate the Metric system!

About the only std hardware on the American stuff these days is internal engine bolts... I will say that snap on stuff is now overpriced, but will be collectors stuff in the distant future.

I do not think so, most people that smoke are not that sharp, or they would get the fact that they are slowly killing themselves, and really pissing me off with the smell.

Why do they call it beer? In other countries less than 4% alcohol is considered cordial and anyone can buy it. Anyway beer sucks, drink scotch, straight up on the rocks, or cognac if you have no ice...

Hmm, good point. The movement of air carries sound, so the physical act of the tree falling would produce noise. So if a tree falls in the forest, and lands on a mime, does anyone really care.

#1 I haven't seen a Ford or Chvy since 1978 that used standard bolts throughout. My 78' El Camino is a mess since a lot of it was mixed.

Do you really like messing around with fractions of an inch? 3/16" is meaningless to most people around the world, the US is the only country that still widely uses the imperial (or standard to you) system. Perhaps it is time to move on to a system where, to get to the next unit up (or down), you divide (or multiply) by 10. Not 16, 13, 14 or some other number that no-one has bothered to learn the times table for.

Then again, we still cling to miles and mph in the UK despite being a metric nation.

I'm thinking about school lunch. It's a game at the lunch table I see who can get the most for your money. For about 2.50, you get a main meal (such as taco bites/hamburger has was today) two fruits/veggies, a milk, and a bread.

Yesterday I got biscut bar. I got a biscut with gravy, milk, peas/carrots, corn, and a dinner roll with butter. I was mad because I might have been able to put the corn on my biscut/gravy and get the other fruit which was fruit cocktail.

Today I got hamburger bar. I got a milk, cheeseburger, slice of bread with butter, peaches, fruit cocktail,, and,, well yesterday with the corn deal it got me thinking. The corn was right next to the gravy and toppings with the biscut bar. There were cheesy gator tots next the the cheese and onions on the hamburger bar! I thought theyust come with the bar, so I got some and went to pay. When I got up there and entered in my number, she charged me SIXTY CENTS for those lil tots. Dang I was pissed...

That's the kind of stuff that keeps me up at night. Lunch and the opera 10 browser that I just got. Dang it's fast... The improved speed dial is sweet too!

Well I like lunch. Today is popcorn chicken or Mr. Rib bar. Tomorrow is Turkey and cheese sandwhich or pasta bar. WOW is pasta bar good. Best thing they serve... But italian dunkers are close.. and they're on wednesday next week..
