rc8 with a slayer body?

i have a brushless rc8 and want to put a slayer body on for a short corse truck what do you guys think?

Not sure about the RC8 specifically, but a Slayer/Slash body fits perfect on most 8th scale buggies. You just have to mod some kind of body mount. And maybe do something about the bumpers if you want them (not needed IMO).

I use a Slash body on an MBX5 and it works quite well. Looks like a Slash/Slayer but handles like a buggy, not to mention superior 8th scale durability.

That lil conversion must make the folks mad running stockers or slightly hopped up 2wd short course trucks :) Looks good though!

lol, I guess. I haven't run with other Slashes yet, but people do note how well it takes off/digs in and handles compared to 2WD Slashes. Despite the name on the body, most people know it's not a Slash once they get a glimpse of the shocks or underside (either in the air on jumps, or on its lid from a crash )
