LMAO. Way to spend an extra $400 for a commercial, Ally!

I seen that commercial last weekend when I was visiting my Mom, I told her that it was a Traxxas E-Maxx, almost makes me miss mine

The kid would be better off with the cardboard one unless he has a job to finance the repairs on that maxx lol

Should we make a list for the kid, FLM/UE diffs $200 new chassis $100 ceramic bearings for the inside knuckles. Kids college fund is gone and only got started

i knew the commercial before I even clicked the thread link. I immediately identified it myself.

I'm pretty sure the cardboard truck was a Fine Design sale item

1- Same here.

2-

They should've used a hopped up FLM Maxx... Probably get more business due to the *bling* factor and be able to cover the extra cost anyways.

lol, that's funny! He has been going through financial difficulties lately, so it only makes sense if he decides to cut corners on material quality.

That kid does have a job, he's one of the mods on teh TRX forum.
hahaha, j/k anyway

Personally I like the vids of the maxxes used on the IEDs in Iraq. Perhaps the banks could use that in an ad about morgage backed securities, derivatives and debt swaps. Give Bernake the radio and let him drive it upto a groaning gilded piggy bank..

On a more serious note, it appears that this particular emaxx has been treated to a black dye bath on the skids and chassis, though the centre appears undyed; looks nice.
