More Steering w/ 2 servos

1 Attachment(s)
ok i do not have the money yet to upgrade to a single servo set-up in my e-revo and i have the 2 stock e-revo servos & i was wondering how to get more steering, i have the maxuim travel stop in there but doesn't seem to help @ my track (picture of the two coners i have trouble on attached)

My friend suggested to me to take out the steering stop and cut off the stops and set my end-points......any suggestions?

Whip out the Dremel?

Maybe just give it a bit more throttle and try to slide around?

Be sure to set your caster adj all the way as well. Doing the str mod does help quite a bit also.

Check out slaydens steering mods on the traxxas website. Others have shown it on this forum also, but you'll have to search around for a while. Some have gone as far as dremeling down the balls and carriers to get more range in addition to grinding down the stops on the arm.

FWIW, I just reset my in laws e-revo steering - from the factory it was not synched correctly - I probably gained him about 5 degrees in one direction.

Finnster is right - the camber will help a lot.

Maybe add a little motor braking to it also?
