Which lipo would be better for 15min main (Serious Racing) without killing the life of the pack?

I would say go for the 5000mah for the extra run time. 125A constant current should be plenty given the conservative gearing. Also, even if the 4200mah lipo would be up to running for 15min the 5000mah will be discharged a lower percentage of the total charge after 15 min, which I think is better for the life of the lipo.
