this is the right way to do the welding in the RX8!
Link to an italian forum...
I guess you mean soldering, not welding. Right? Cheers Daf |
yes, right
I've seen people solder their RX8s that way, and you're only turning the wire 90 degrees, it should be fine.
Just heatshrink?
Us English only speaking forum members are having some difficultys understanding the point ?
he means soldering the wires parallel and on top instead of at a 90 degree angle too the prongs.
i think i like it ! easy to cover with heat shrink that way. |
Doesnt make much of a difference.

i dont even see a white square lol guess a pick didnt load right
My guess is that its the youtube link to tekin's "how to solder the rx8" video
I currently have my Tekin hardwired. I bought some 6.5mm bullets to add, but I'm a little confused on where to add them. I want to add the bullets in the middle of the wires, but then the three bullets will hit each other while driving. What are others doing about this? I don't think heat shrink is durable enough to survive that long.
I want to use those bullets so I can swap motors with my MMM combo in my Revo. |
sorry wrong link
