I really thought the turnigy packs were gonna do better than that... They are clearly noticeably lighter than the 8000 packs, but i have run the 8000 packs on the Tekno neu 1512 2.5d/f in the Buggy and had just on 18 minutes, so i guess just on 15 is alright when i think about it... It could lost some weight tho -lol-

I'm SLOWLY getting my driving a little smoother - the more i think about it, the more i think i just need to setup the car so i can learn to drive smoothly... If i can learn that, then i should get a tad more out of it...

I was originally a tad worried about the 1512 in the truggy, but it did extremely well - had plenty of speed and power, and stayed nice and cool... could probably be geared up a bit to smooth it out, but i think i might one day either switch it to the tekno chassis and run mechanical brakes/clutch and a single pack, or run dual 6s 5k packs for 10kmah and hack another chassis myself with mech brakes and clutch setup too... I'm probably gonna switch it up to 6S in the near future when i can afford it...

I really prefer the clutch setup, especially being brand new to racing... It makes it a whole lot easier for me to get anywhere, as the power isnt coming on all at once... It's probably got more to do with the MMM settings itself, but i still like the clutch...

I dont have a transponder yet, so times are nothing to me - i am more just learning to drive round the track without crashing - although i did make my first FULL lap without incident yesterday - but it was the only one... gives you a good idea of how good i am on a track -lol-

There is only one other fella locally that is looking to convert a truggy too, so it looks like i'll be stuck running with nitro for a long while, which is why i was looking to go to 6S... i'm gonna need all the runtime i can get if they're gonna run 30 and 45 minute mains hehehe Rules etc for other events dont bother me - i am only casual at this casual track - i like it that way =)

I could rant on some more, but i have to do some work -lol-
