i sent my mmmv3 in sometime back, got notification u had it with the work order, its been over 2 weeks since i received a copy of the work order and ive heard nothing back, sent 2 emails to repairs and no responce. im just wondering if everything is ok or if there is a problem? last time it seemed it was replaced and returned before i knew it. someone contact me please it would set my mind at ease.

you should be getting a shipper soon, it took them a little over 2 weeks after i got my repair invoice

Calling them works well too. Emails are unreliable as spam blockers can render them impotent and/or they can just get mixed up with other emails. I always call, and they have always been friendly and helpful.

It's hard to respond, since I don't have your name or address. If you'll PM me your name and address, I'll find out what the status is.

Thanx!

riverat1540 09.30.2009 06:33 PM

thank u, pm sent i was just asking for some kind of responce. asking me to pm u was more than fine. i just could not think of any other way to get a responce.

I sent a new V1 I had lying around to them about 2 weeks ago. Jenny called me Tuesday and said replacements would be available in give or take 2 weeks. That's the latest for anyone that may be in the same situation. :)

ill try calling again today, i feel like a pest but this is my hobby and im bored to hell without it.

Bondonutz 10.01.2009 11:06 AM

I received a email that mine was repaired , a week or so went by and it just showed up in the mail without receiving a shipping email.
Just call, or be patient a few more days because it may show anytime ?

riverat1540 10.01.2009 11:13 AM

i called and never get more than jeani's voicemail, i left another message hopefully they get back to me. but like hoovdog said they may just have a shortage of replacements, and mine will need replacement as it was a little ball of fire before i sent it in.

Riverrat --

Waiting on a replacement ESC. We are building them early next week (getting through Mamba Pros right now.)

I'll check and see if I can sneak one out for you early...
