Eight-T 1.0

Is there a known problem with hinge pins bending the lower rear on the batt side is the one in ?.Bent it once put a new one in and bent again don't know if it's happening when jumping and landing it just seems to happen.Could it be the batt weight.Or maybe i need to up my shock oil weight and springs.

Yes, the rear outer hinge pins on the 8ight are known to be a weak spot. Some people upgrade to Associated 1.02 shock shafts and use them to replace the hinge pins. The 8ight 2.0 has bigger pins

EDIT: I'm 98% sure these are them http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...hock-Shaft-102

Will the 50 tooth spur from the 2.0 fit the 1.0 diff.

If it's the outer rear hinge pin, then yes they bend easy. You can upgrade to the 2.0 hinge pin by drilling out the holes in your existing arms.

Most people (me included!) swap them out for the mugen pins that are way better....part number:

mugen e0124

No mods required....
