ABS ESC Braking w/KO Propo

I am FINALLY going to get to test my recently converted brushless Revo (mm 2200) and RC8e (Tekin 2250) at the track today. I have a new KO Propo radio that has an ABS feature. It has a warning about jacking up mechanical servo's, but what about esc braking? I was thinking that the smaller, quick brake blips from the ABS system may cause less/lower voltage spikes for the ESC which may actually be a good thing.

Anyone have any experience? Speculation?

BTW, I took the tip to check out KO Propo from a friend at work who tends to over-buy everything from real cars to guitars. Not trying to be a gay poet, he is a musician that looks like Danzig who owns a high-end M3 and several 3k+ guitars. On that note, people usually think he stole his car, it's great. Back to topic, the remote seems to be much better than my other two Spektrum remotes, but we shall see. People seem to be very secretive about these radios as far as online discussions go.

You dont need abs with the transmitter. the rx8 esc has antilock brakes built in.

would have voltage spikes, thats with any esc. dont worry about the ABS function on your TX

You will love the abs built into the rx8-I do.

It'll just give you problems and it won't work. I tried it many times with my JR-R1. If it works out for you then that's great, but like Ben said, it's not needed.

Okay, cool. I haven't messed with all the settings on the RX8 yet, no offense to Tekin, but their USB app needs some work. They need to take some notes from CC. I need to set my Lipo cutoff today, so I will adjust the brakes as well. I may just do it through the ESC directly. Thanks.

there program is close to castle link.

besides the slightly over done user interface- what else needs to be done?
